I decided to write this weeks blog post about some of the most beautiful women to ever grace the silver screen and the perfumes they loved to wear. While these actresses are from an era long ago their beauty is undeniable and the mark they left on cinema forever etched in the annals of time.

Elizabeth Taylor- The beautiful Elizabeth Taylor won her first Oscar for BUttefield 8 (1961) and her second for Who's Afraid Of Virginia Woolf (1967) was a huge fan of Bal à Versailles by Jean Desprez. It is a collection of amazing notes that include rosemary, orange blossom, mandarin orange, cassia, jasmine, rose, bulgarian rose, sandalwood, patchouli, lilac,ylang-ylang and lily-of-the-valley. Miss Taylor wore this fragrance almost everyday.

Barbara Stanwyck- Long before she assumed the character Victoria Barkley in The Big Valley Barbara Stanwyck was lighting up the silver screen with her roles in such films as The Lady Eve (1941),The Strange Love Of Martha Ivers (1946) and Sorry Wrong Number (1948). Her main fragrance was Jungle Gardenia by Tuvache.
