Fragrance Spotlight April 2018.

I'm back with five new fragrances you may want to try starting this April. These perfumes are either already in stores or will be by the end of the month. Rest assured these are not all the new fragrances available starting this April but just five I think you might really enjoy. Eau de Soliel Blanc by Tom Ford - This is an updated version of the original Soliel Blanc which launched in 2016. This new version is more crisp and brighter with a heavy emphasis on Citrus notes especially on the top. The top notes are Bitter Orange,Bergamot,Citron,Petitgrain,Caraway,Pink Pepper,Pistachio,Cardamon and Neroli. The middle bursts with floral notes of Tunisian Orange Blossom,Jasmine,Tuberose,Galbanum and Ylang-Ylang. The base is soft and alluring with notes of Coconut,Vanilla,Amber,Tonka Bean and Benzoin. Fragrance Spotlight For March 2018.

I'm back with five new fragrances for March 2018. These perfumes are either already available or will be by the end of March. This month I've picked fragrances from Oscar de la Renta,Nest,Proenza Schouler, Miu Miu and  Bond No. 9. So without further delay lets dive in. Bella Blanca by Oscar de la Renta - This fragrance features White flowers with woody and musky undertone that help create a fruity,sweet,powdery perfume. It is a subtle yet sophisticated fragrance that was created by perfumer Harry Fremont and comes in a bottle covered with White flowers. The top notes are Pear,Lily-of-the-Valley and Green leaves. The middle notes are Jasmine,Rose,Tuberose and Orange Blossom. The base notes are White Iris,Musk and Sandalwood. Bella Blanca comes in 30,50 and 100ml Eau de Parfums and the face of the advertising campaign is model Zhanna Brass. These are some new fragrances that have been released for February. Featured this month are perfumes from Yves Saint Laurent,Dolce & Gabanna,Guerlain,Louis Vuitton and Laduree. This is just a partial list of some of the fragrances I think you might enjoy trying and is by no means all the scents launching in February  Blouse by Yves Saint Laurent - This is a floral/woody fragrance for both men and women. It is part of the Vestiaire des Parfums series which launched in 2015 and was inspired by Saint Laurent's peasant blouses of the 1960's. This fragrance is centered around the Rose note which is complimented with top notes of Pink Pepper,Bergamot and Galbanum. The heart is floral and fragrant with notes of Damask Rose and Angelica. The base soft and warm with notes of White Musk and Cashmeran. It is available in 125ml. Five New Fragrances For January 2018.

This is a list of some of the new fragrances for the month of January 2018. By no means is this all the new fragrances launching this month but just some of the ones I thought you might enjoy trying. My Burberry Black Elixir - This is a sweet fragrance rich in accords. This fragrance was composed by perfumer Francis Kurkdjian and is part of The Burberry Black collection of perfumes. My Burberry Black Elixir is a deep rich eloquent fragrance with top notes of Lemon Zest and Jasmine. The heart is sweet and flowery with notes of Rose and Candied Almonds while Sandalwood provides a warm and inviting base. The bottle is in the classic Burberry style with a smoked glass finish and dark color toning and a nice black bow-tie ribbon. Gucci Guilty Absolute Pour Femme Perfum - This perfume was created by the creative director of Gucci fashion house Alessandro Michele and perfumer Alberto Morillas. Legendary Actresses and Their Favorite Fragrances.

I decided to write this weeks blog post about some of the most beautiful women to ever grace the silver screen and the perfumes they loved to wear. While these actresses are from an era long ago their beauty is undeniable and the mark they left on cinema forever etched in the annals of time. Elizabeth Taylor -  The beautiful  Elizabeth Taylor     won her first Oscar for BUttefield 8 (1961) and her second for Who's Afraid Of Virginia Woolf (1967) was a huge fan of  Bal à Versailles by Jean Desprez. This very feminine perfume was launched in 1962 and is classified as a soft refined oriental fragrance. In this installment of my popular perfumes by the decade series we'll be taking a look at five perfumes from the 80's that were as popular as Madonna and bigger than a John Hughes movie. The 1980's saw a transistion not only in fashion but also in music from the departing decade of the 70's. Disco was giving way to the new sounds of bands like Duran Duran,Culture Club and Wham to name just a few. Bell bottoms were on their last leg and wide lapel shirts and leisure suits were slowly being swept into the dust bin of fashion. Styles were spinning towards a whole new look from designers such as Halston,Viivenne Westwood,Lacoste and Ralph Lauren. The 1980's also marked some landmark events such as the first personal computer which was introduced by IBM on August 12th,1981.
